1. If you pay late, Gmail will lock up your account for up to 24 hours. You cannot send or receive emails and what’s worst is the emails that were sent to you will never be retrieved.
2. You cannot auto save emails like most people do with gmail, once you respond it normally saves it for you, well… not me. 
3. You cannot manually add more people to your address book cause your over the limit that I never knew about. Even with a paid account. 
4. You cannot speak to anyone about this over at gmail, google customer service is almost non existent. 

I know I can start a new free account but what was the point of me paying to keep my history of emails and files all in one account?
