Six weeks ago we began a series of weekend pop-ups at Bow Truss with Rustic Tart, a Chicago-based pie company. The runaway success of this temporary partnership has lead to great collaborations with BabyCakes, Ste Martaen and Exploded Library. This Sunday, the 16th, we are excited to invite Rustic Tart back to Bow Truss. Beginning at 9:30 they will be serving up plum and pear slices and whole tarts.

For those of you with a super sweet tooth, we will be bringing artisan doughnut shop Glazed and Infused to Lakeview on September 22nd and 23rd. Known for their flavorful reinvention of doughnuts, Glazed and Infused will be shaking up the traditional coffee and doughnut pairing.

 

With so many exciting events happening over at Bow Truss both our calendar and our company blog have been feeling a little overwhelmed lately. To remedy this overload of sweetness we decided to give Bow Truss its very own blog. This blog will be a new way for us to further explore the roasting process, the community surrounding the space and detail every single delicious pop-up we will be bringing to you in the future.
