I had the opportunity to talk with Chicago Entrepreneur, Philip Tadros as a part of my final project for the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), Beyond Silicon Valley: Growing Entrepreneurship in Transitioning Economies. Phil is a Chicago serial entrepreneur who loves creating, collaborating and coffee drinking whenever possible (preferably all three at once). Thanks to the fine folks at Bowtruss Coffee Roasters and Doejo for allowing me to film. Music is by Chicago natives: Herbie Hancock (“Wiggle Waggle”) and Andrew Bird (“Pulaski at Night”).
