Helping Dollars.com explain its digital loyalty program
Dollars.com is a digital platform that rewards users for their loyalty to local business with real world money, deposited directly into their bank accounts. After completing challenges curated by cafes, restaurants, bars, etc., users collect Dollars.com Reward Points (DRPs) ―and when they reach 1000 DRPs, they can redeem them for $10 cash. This new platform’s concept, still in development, needed to be explained to potential users simply and without too many distractions. The Dollars.com team came to Doejo in July 2011 to produce the captivating minute-long animated motion graphic.
Our writers and video production team worked with Dollars.com on this video from start to finish. We wrote the script, hired a voice-over actor, composed an appropriate background music track and storyboarded how the video should play out based on their style specifications. Our in-house animators consulted and coordinated with Dollars.com developers to produce the clearest motion graphic possible ahead of the platform’s launch.
Doejo did a fantastic job with our video. They happily completed many aspects of the project that would not normally be their responsibility and delivered it on-time. We had planned on offshoring this work but Doejo ended up being cheaper and we were able to meet with them in person.
