Creating an independent film and music producer’s company site
Startup film and music production company Everest Entertainment and founder Lisa Maria Falcone came to Doejo in late 2009 looking to build an online presence representative of their company’s vision and philanthropic backbone.
Since its founding in 2008, the New York City-based independent filmmaking collaborator has produced award winning films like Danny Boyle’s “127 Hours” with Fox Searchlight―which was nominated for six Academy Awards; Thomas McCarthy’s “Win Win” with Fox Searchlight; and Rodrigo Garcia’s “Mother and Child” with Sony Pictures. Everest also helped produced the album “Haute Living” for hip-hop songwriter and Grammy Award-winning artist Swizz Beatz.
The site Doejo created for Everest is an interactive look at the company’s portfolio of film and music credits as well as a mission statement and profile of executive producer Falcone. As the digital face of the production company, the site was designed to be simple and clean but have a media rich impact.
To properly represent our vision as a company, we wanted a website that was cutting edge and creative but also sophisticated, clean and beautiful. It’s a tough line to walk but Doejo put it together and succeeded.
