One of Doejo’s favorite designers Floyd A. Davis IV will be hosting a party at his gallery on Friday the 11th from 6pm to 10pm, celebrating the three-year anniversary of Artpentry. Davis is best known for his blend of art and carpentry that comes to life in his “Gentleman’s Boombox,” a functioning device that combines vintage train cases with repurposed audio equipment.

BowTruss, our new coffee roaster, will be the home to the largest Gentleman’s Boombox ever! The seven cases will be linked together to work as one stereo system, to create a transportable device that will fill the room with sound.

Drinks and snacks will be provided at the event. Guest should come prepared with their friends and their smart phones in order to qualify for the “Gentleman’s Boombox” that will be given away at some point during the night. More details about the giveaway will be revealed on Friday at 6pm.
