Focus is determined by the services that each offers while the company’s Ability to Deliver depends on its client reviews, market presence, and work experience. The analyst team verifies each review by interviewing previous clients about their past projects over the phone. This gives the team a detailed account of the company’s relationship with the vendor and helps capture the full scope of the project.
