In the summer of 2015, Aries Capital approached Doejo to build Lending Cap Commercial, an online real estate investment bank uniquely positioned in the marketplace as the firm that leverages technology to close more deals faster.
In a manner of weeks, Doejo designed, developed and launched the “MVP” (minimum viable product) which streamlines cumbersome and inefficient offline processes. We built a solution that integrates with cloud-based file storage, document management, and user management tools. This tool was created to innovate the deal sourcing and information gathering process for brokers and underwriters to facilitate the collaborative organization of, preparation, and sharing of client paperwork and forms.
